4 Frogs Named To Academic All-District Team

We had a great morning training session-was a lot of fun- as we get ready to depart for San Diego this afternoon. But after we got off the pitch we received some good news as 4 of our players were recognized by the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District Team. All four players will now be nominated for the COSIDA ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America Team. Our recipients were:

Junior Lizzy Karoly-First Team, Broadcast Journalism major with a 3.4 GPA
Sophomore Kelsey Walters-Second Team, Nutrition major with a 3.43 GPA
Sophomore Jackie Torda-Third Team, Business major with a 3.56 GPA
Sophomore Cheryl Martin-Third Team, Nutrition major with a 3.83 GPA

All four of these young women work the tails in the classroom and it's great to see them get recognized for all of that hard work. Congratulations Ladies!
