Win over Rice sets new records

Sunday evening in Houston, Texas TCU picked up our fourth win on the season against Rice University. Senior Lizzy Karoly scored late in the second half to tie the game 1-1 this goal made Lizzy the all-time leader in goals scored with 25 career goals moving her past Sara Campbell in the TCU history books. Kaylie Garcia then scored the game winner in the 84th minute off the corner kick delivered by Alex Mechalske. We continued to dominate offensively out shooting Rice 25-8 including 14-5 in the second half. The win sent the frogs into a 4-1-0 overall record for the year as we travel to Colorado Springs this weekend to play Colorado College and Denver University.
